GAC Res is the real estate management software developed by GAC Software to assist multi-site companies in their strategic management. Our mission: to give property managers and park managers a 360°, reliable and real-time view of all their assets.
Multisite companies have real estate data scattered throughout the departments involved in building management. Today, few of them have a tool adapted to their job to manage corporate real estate, yet there is a real need for centralisation and optimisation. This is why we have developed GAC Res, a software that automates and makes reliable data collection, connects teams with each other and helps with operational and strategic decision-making.
